    The name comes from the founder's surname, Forster. Four Star. A shorthand that became a philosophy. Built on the belief that sustainable performance is never one-dimensional.

    Jai Forster

    Two-time World Triathlon Champion. Systems thinker. Founder.

    Jai spent the first decade of his career doing what the industry told him to do. Train harder. Push further. Scale faster. He built coaching businesses, operated performance facilities, competed at the highest levels of endurance sport.

    “It nearly broke him.”

    That experience became the foundation for everything that followed. A studio built on the belief that if structure can win world championships, it can also build better businesses.
